Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to lessons and activities booked with Cudo Equestrian through this booking page. By making a booking you agree to them.

1. Bookings and payment

A booking is confirmed once we have accepted it and, where payment is taken at booking, once payment has been received. Prices are shown on the booking page before you confirm. Where a deposit is taken, the balance is payable as described at checkout or on arrival.

2. Cancellations and rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or move a booked lesson, please tell us as early as you can. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full, as the time and horse have been reserved for you.
• Ongoing lesson packages or plans can be ended by giving us at least 60 days' notice.
• If we have to cancel a lesson (for example for weather, horse welfare, or instructor illness) we will offer you an alternative time or a refund of any amount paid for that lesson.

3. Safety and riding

• Horse riding is an activity with inherent risk. All riders take part at their own risk, and must follow the instructions of our staff at all times while on the premises.
• A correctly fitted riding hat to a current safety standard must be worn when riding. Suitable footwear with a small heel is required. If you do not have your own equipment, please ask when booking.
• Please tell us before the lesson about anything that may affect the rider's safety, including medical conditions, injuries, and previous riding experience. For riders under 18, a parent or guardian must complete the booking and remain contactable during the lesson.
• We may adjust or end a lesson if we judge it necessary for the safety or welfare of the rider, other riders, or the horses. Where the lesson could not go ahead through no fault of yours, we will offer an alternative time.

4. Arrival

Please arrive around 15 minutes before your lesson so there is time to get ready. If you arrive late we may need to shorten the lesson, as horses and instructors are booked for the following session.

5. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings or vehicles brought onto the premises.
