• Rider details: the rider's name, age, riding experience, and any information you choose to share about health or additional needs, so we can match the rider to a suitable horse and lesson and keep everyone safe.
• Payment details: where you pay online, payment is handled by our payment provider; we do not store your card number.

• To manage your booking: confirmations, reminders, and changes to your lesson.
• To run lessons safely: sharing relevant rider details with the instructor taking the lesson.
• To reply to enquiries you send us.
• To keep basic records of lessons and payments, as we are required to for accounting purposes.

We do not sell your information. Your details are stored in the booking and yard-management system we use to run the business, and payment details are processed by our payment provider. We only share information beyond that where the law requires it.

We keep booking and lesson records for as long as needed to run the business and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
